   1. Applebee's Acquisition

      Acquired, already in operation, as the first franchise.

      

   2. Re-structure and Reengineering

      We implement a new way of doing things at Applebee's. Operations and People get an overhaul.

2. 2013

   1. Applebee's Operator of the Year

      Awarded by Dine Brands as Operator of the Year for Latinamerica

   2. Applebee's Renovations and Remodeling

      Current restaurants are renovated and the develpment plan sets in place.

      

3. 2014

   1. Dine Brands Award

      Awarded by Dine Brands as the operator with the most restaurants renovated.

4. 2015

   1. Rocma is Established

      Founded in 2015, since our company's conception, our logo represents a circle for every brand we are prepared to operate.

      

   2. Panda Express Franchise

      Rocma and Panda Restaurant Group join forces to develop the franchise in Central America and Caribbean. We become a proud franchisee.

   3. Applebee's Vistahermosa Grand Opening

      A new Applebee's restaurant is opened, with an environmentally friendly architecture.

   4. Applebee's Portales Grand Opening

      New concept, as an in-mall store.

5. 2016

   1. Panda Express in Guatemala

      Guatemala is the first Central American country to open a Panda Express

      

   2. First Panda Express in Guatemala

      Our first store in Guatemala -Oakland Mall- is a huge success.

   3. Second Panda Express in Guatemala

      We opened our second store, in the most important food court of Guatemala, with great results.

   4. Applebee's Roof Top

      A new Applebee's restaurant is closed in a renovated high-end area of Oakland Mall.

      

6. 2017

   1. Panda Express outside the Capital.

      Expansion keeps on plan with 2 new stores outside of Guatemala City. We are very welcomed by Xela, in the Quetzaltenango department.

      

   2. Growing Stronger: 3 Grand Openings

      We opened 3 new Panda Express stores in Guatemala.

7. 2018

   1. Rocma arrives to El Salvador

      A new support team is stablished, ready to operate.

   2. 5 more Panda Express Grand Openings in Guatemala

      Five more stores are closed in Guatemala City.

      

   3. First Panda Express Grand Opening in El Salvador

      First store is closed with more than 200 people waiting in line.

      

   4. 2 More Panda Express Grand Openings in El Salvador

      We closed the year with 3 stores in El Salvador.

   5. Margarita Tejada Inaugurates a Language Therapy Facility

      We are proud to share our good fortune with Margarita Tejada, a foundation that supports the development of kids with Down Sindrome. Thanks to the donations gathered, we were able to found the building of a facility dedicated to support the Language development of the kids.

      

   6. First Free Standing Panda Express in Guatemala

      We bet on convenience and open our first drive-thru restaurant.

8. 2019

   1. Applebee's Marketing Team Award

      Dine Brands awards us with the Best Marketing and Outstanding Sales in Latinamerica.

   2. Overall Guest Satisfaction Latinamerica Award

      Dine Brands awards us as the Best Rated country by the guests in Latinamerica, based on their guest survey process.

   3. Balance Score Card Latinamerica Award

      The operations team gets awarded by Dine Brands as the best Balance Score Card Result in the year.

   4. Panda Express Grows in new cities: Escuintla and Chimaltenango

      New markets are conquered in the country, validating a successful growth plan.

      

   5. First Panda Express Free Standing in El Salvador

      A new successful grand opening: Salvador del Mundo. The first free standing store in the heart of San Salvador.

      

   6. Rocma arrives to a new city in El Salvador: Santa Ana

      A new Panda Express store, with a foodcourt-endcap prototype is closed in Santa Ana, is one of the most relevant cities in El Salvador.

   7. 2 more Panda Express Grand Openings in Guatemala

      Five more stores are closed in Guatemala City.

      

9. 2020 Covid

   1. Zero Layoffs Policy

      We are a people based company, our biggest asset is our team. During the pandemic we handle to have a Zero Layoffs Policy and guarantee the livelihood of the more than 300 families comforming our company.

   2. Off Premise Channels

      We developed and boosted the off premise channels in our brands, maintaining sales and jobs.

10. 2021

    1. Convenience Growth Continues

       Panda Express opens a new Free Standing in Guatemala City: Utatlan.

    2. New City! We arrive to Coban

       A new free standing Panda Express opens in Coban. We are the proud owners of humongus lines and excitement during our Grand Openings. This is how a 136-cars line looks:
