Managing Director of ROCMA since its foundation in 2015.

He began his career in the restaurant industry at Pollo Campero in 2001, where he held various positions, including Development Manager, C.A Delivery Manager, Area Manager and Director of Operations.

He has extensive knowledge of the Centralamerican market and South of Mexico.
Jorge is a graduate of Zamorano Agronomist, Ag. Business Louisiana State University and has an MBA from the Catholic University of Chile as well as a Post MBA from INCAE.
